Our clinic is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Please note that individual physician hours may vary — call ahead if you wish to see a specific doctor.

No appointment is necessary for walk-in consultations. We welcome patients anytime during operating hours. For specific physicians or follow-up visits, an appointment may be preferred — please call us to arrange.

Yes. We prioritise patient confidentiality and adhere to strict privacy regulations in accordance with Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA). Your personal health information is never shared without your consent.

Yes. We have four family physicians — Dr. Sarra Ayari, Dr. Majdi Askar, Dr. Jamaleddin Hejaji, and Dr. Nabil Elforti. Each physician has their own schedule. Please call us to confirm availability for the doctor you'd like to see.

Prescription renewals can be handled during a walk-in or scheduled visit with one of our physicians. Please bring your current medication information and any previous prescription documentation to your appointment.
